Eligibility

• Any individual, partnership firm, or company with a valid legal identity and GST registration may apply.
• The applicant must have a good financial background and a strong local network.
• Prior experience in advertising, media, or business operations will be preferred but is not mandatory.

Franchise Fee & Security Deposit

• A one-time non-refundable franchise fee/security deposit will be payable at the time of signing the agreement.
• This fee grants exclusive rights to operate Mediakuli services in the assigned district.

Territorial Rights

• Each franchise will be assigned exclusive operational rights for one district.
• The franchise must not operate in other districts without written approval from Mediakuli Pvt. Ltd.

Revenue & Commission

• The franchise will execute client work on behalf of Mediakuli.
• Monthly commission will be provided on the basis of revenue generated from district operations, as per the agreed percentage in the Franchise Agreement.
• All payments from clients must be routed through Mediakuli’s central system for transparency.

Operational Guidelines

• The franchise must use Mediakuli branding, logos, and marketing materials strictly as provided.
• Quality and ethical standards of advertising must be maintained at all times.
• The franchise shall not undertake any work that may harm the reputation or goodwill of Mediakuli.

Training & Support

• Mediakuli will provide initial training, operational guidelines, and periodic updates.
• Ongoing support in planning, media buying, and strategy will be extended from the head office.

Confidentiality

• All business information, client data, and operational details shared by Mediakuli must be kept confidential.
• Franchisees are strictly prohibited from sharing proprietary information with competitors.

Compliance

• The franchise must comply with all applicable laws, tax regulations, and government guidelines.
• Any violation of laws will be the sole responsibility of the franchise.

Termination

• Mediakuli reserves the right to terminate the franchise agreement if:
• The franchise fails to maintain required standards.
• Payments are delayed or misappropriated.
• Any fraudulent or unethical activity is discovered.
• Upon termination, the franchise must immediately cease use of Mediakuli’s brand name and materials.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising will be subject to arbitration and the jurisdiction of courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
